Mr. Berman was the founder of the mergers and acquisitions department of Bankers Trust before becoming a recognized business entrepreneur. Mr. Berman currently holds several directorships, including that of Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC), a publicly traded software company. Mr. Berman served for 10 years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Acquisition Company, a boutique M&A and private equity firm.

Mr. Cucuz ran Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc. and its predecessor companies Hayes Wheels International, Inc. and Steel Wheels B.U. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc. from 1996 to 2001. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hayes Wheels International. Inc. from 1992 to 1996 where he managed the acquisition of Lemmerz Holdings. He was President of Steel Wheels B.U. in 1991 and helped take the company public when it became Hayes Wheels International, Inc. in 1992. Prior thereto, Mr. Cucuz was President and Chief Executive Officer of American Chain and Cable Company's Cable Controls Worldwide. Mr. Cucuz served as a director of National Standard Company and was a former director of Cleveland-Cliffs and Lincoln Electric Holdings. Mr. Cucuz is currently Vice Chairman of Rosta International, a designer and manufacturer of aluminum and steel wheels in China for global automotive OEMs and the automotive aftermarket. Since he left Hayes Lemmerz, Mr. Cucuz has advised a number of private equity groups, assisting them with new investments and existing portfolio companies. Mr. Cucuz earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Purdue University in West Lafayette.

Mr. Cucuz is the Vice Chairman of Rosta International, an automotive components manufacturer controlled by a private equity group. Before that, between 1996 and 2001, Mr. Cucuz was Chairman and CEO of Hayes Lemmerz, a $2.5 billion international automotive components manufacturer. Before that, he was CEO of two Hayes Lemmerz business units. Between 1987 and 1991, he was CEO of Babcock Industries, Acco Controls Group, a leading international manufacturer of cables for the automotive industry. Mr. Cucuz is also a director of Fuel Systems, the leading independent North American supplier of fuel tanks for commercial vehicles, a company controlled by a private equity group. He was a director of Cleveland Cliffs, Lincoln Electric and National Standard.

Mr. Dillon was Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Party City, the largest party favors company, between 1999 and 2005. Mr. Dillon also served as Chief Executive Officer of Cost Plus, a specialty retailer of casual home living and entertainment products, from September 1990 to February 1998. From August 1987 to August 1990, Mr. Dillon served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Family Dollar Stores, Inc., a discount retail chain. From 1985 to 1987, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Coast America Corporation, a hardware store chain. Prior to the formation of MTN, he was involved with two retail company acquisitions made by Olivier Trouveroy: he was CEO of Cost Plus and a board member of Citi Trends.

Mr. Grijns is the former Chairman of ING Barings-Americas. Under his leadership, ING Barings-Americas became an active participant in the loan, bond and equity capital markets in North and South America, and employed 2,000 professionals. He is currently Chairman of the Netherland-America Foundation, a philanthropic organization.

Mr. Key was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Textron, Inc., a $13 billion multi-industry conglomerate, between 1995 and 2001. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ConAgra, Inc., a $15 billion retail food company in North America, between 1992 and 1995. Mr. Key also held top management positions at Ernst & Young and its predecessor, including managing partner of the New York office, founder of the M&A practice, and member of the management committee and of the board of partners. He is currently a director of Greenhill, Inc., a publicly-traded merchant bank with almost $2 billion in market capitalization, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Rhode Island School of Design.

Mr. Laughren, currently the Chairman of The Laughren Group LLC, a merchant bank, enjoyed a highly successful career in consumer packaged goods marketing, in advertising, and in marketing services. Until 2000, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Screenvision Cinema Network, a company he built into the largest cinema advertising network in the US. Before that, he was Executive Vice President of J. Walter Thompson Company, one of the largest advertising companies in the world. He also held senior marketing positions at Procter & Gamble, International Playtex, Mattel, and E&J Gallo. He worked with MTN on the acquisition of Sound Lounge and is the company’s Chairman of the Board.

Mr. LeBlanc was President and Chief Executive Officer of Handy & Harman, a $400 million diversified manufacturer of electronic materials, specialty fasteners and connectors, specialty wire and tubing products, and fabricated precious metals, between 1998 and 2003. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Elf Atochem North America, a $1.7 billion specialty chemical and polymer subsidiary of Elf Aquitaine, France. He is currently a director of Church & Dwight Co. (NYSE: CHD), a $2.4 billion manufacturer of consumer packaged goods and specialty chemicals, and Jetera Inc., a technology based precision media company. He worked with MTN on the acquisition of Joliet Equipment Corporation and joined the company’s board of directors.

Dan Negrea - Managing Partner
Mr. Negrea has over 20 years experience as an investment banker. He held senior positions in leveraged finance at Drexel Burnham, Bear Stearns, Chase Securities, and ING Barings. At ING Barings, he served as head of high yield capital markets. |
During his career, Mr. Negrea worked with companies in almost every industry and has raised over $15 billion in capital through a variety of financial instruments including high yield bonds, senior secured notes, bank loans, mezzanine loans, and equity securities.
Mr. Negrea is a director of Kings Supermarkets and The Orthotic Group.
Mr. Negrea has an M.B.A. from Cornell University and an M.A. in International Finance from the University of Bucharest, Romania.
Mr. Negrea is also a member of the Order of Malta.

David Acharya - Vice President
Before joining MTN in 2009, Mr. Acharya was a Vice President with Apprise Media, a private equity firm focused on media investments, where he worked with the foundersof PRIMEDIA, a KKR portfolio company. |
While at Apprise, Mr. Acharya invested over $200 million in niche media companies in the United States and Europe.
Before that he was an investment banker in the leveraged finance groups of JP Morgan and TD Securities where he raised over $18 billion of capital for financial sponsors and companies in various industries.
Mr. Acharya holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees, both with honors, from St. John’s University.

Olivier Trouveroy - Managing Partner
Mr. Trouveroy, a professional with 25 years of business experience, was a founding partner of ING Equity Partners and its successor Hampshire Equity Partners. |
The funds he co-managed made investments totaling over $500 million in both performing and underperforming companies. He built a very successful investment track record over a nine year period.
He was also head of GE Capital’s leveraged finance business in France. Mr. Trouveroy worked for six years in the mergers and acquisitions department of Drexel Burnham in New York where he became a partner. He handled M&A transactions totaling over $4 billion. Mr. Trouveroy is a director of Home Décor Innovations, Sound Lounge, Kings Supermarkets, and Joliet Equipment Corporation.
Mr. Trouveroy has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Louvain in Belgium. He passed the C.P.A. examination.
Mr. Trouveroy is a member of the Belgian–American Educational Foundation.

Melissa Saint Amour - Associate
Before joining MTN in 2009, Ms. Saint-Amour was an Associate in the Loan and High Yield Capital Markets Group of BNP Paribas.
During this time, Ms. Saint-Amour was involved in global capital raises for US and foreign financial sponsors and companies in a variety of industries. |
Ms. Saint-Amour worked on debt refinancings, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance transactions.
She earned a dual B.A. degree in Economics and English from Wellesley College.

James Kim - Director
Before joining MTN in 2002, Mr. Kim was a member of Bear Stearns’ corporate finance department. At Bear Stearns, Mr. Kim was mainly involved in mergers and acquisitions in the aerospace, defense and information services industries. |
Mr. Kim has worked with senior management and boards of directors of a variety of companies on transactions including exclusive sales, buy-side M&A engagements, recapitalizations, and acquisition financings.
Mr. Kim has a B.S. in Economics with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
